Important notice to all Willow Creek Residents

Please note that we are transitioning our management contract to a different organization. As a result we would ask that if you have NOT paid your dues already that you WAIT FOR A NEW INVOICE to be distributed sometime later in the March/April timeframe.

If you have already paid, please send a quick note to directors@willowcreekhoa.ca letting us know of your payment, such that we can keep track of balances owing during this transition.  Any monies paid already will be transferred across in this transition (just asking you help so we can keep track!)

We have a small fireworks display planned for the community on Friday October 30th at around 7:15PM. **weather dependant

The fireworks will be launched from 104 Willow Creek View (see attached map).

We hope that most in the community should be able to easily view the show from your properties.  In the event you would like to get a little bit closer please see the attached map for some potential viewing locations.

Dear Residents,

We have received numerous complaints about the dangerous and illegal use of ATVs on the roads and pathways in Willow Creek.

A verbal warning has been issued and ignored.  This activity must stop immediately.

Please refer to the laws of the province of Alberta and Alberta Transportation around the legal use of ATV’s.

Good afternoon everyone,

Presumably, many of you, received notice that Rogers has agreed to not place the tower in our community!

Please see attached. We can now rest easy that the tower will not be in our neighbourhood.

Thank you all for your heartfelt letters on this matter.

Hello Willow Creek Residents and Neighbours,

Earlier this week Bearspaw residents started receiving a copy of an information package regarding a proposed Cell Tower directly to the SW of the Willow Creek Community (Close to the corner of Woodland Rd and Hwy 1A).

If you have not seen the package, here is a link to it.

Please let your HOA know about your concerns so we can summarize all of our residents thoughts, and forward this on to Rogers and Rockyview Council.  We can also base what additional measures the HOA can do based upon your feedback. 

We would like to encourage all Bearspaw residents to review this package and write a letter to Rogers Communications  Inc with your comments on the proposed tower installation.

Comments have to be received in writing by Rogers Communications Inc. by September 18, 2019.

Additionally please forward your comments to Samanntha Wright, Counsellor for Div 8, Rocky View County.

**There is a petition also circulating that opposes the proposed installation.  Petition Link is Here
