Dear Homeowners,
As you know we negotiated a special deal with G.F.L. Enviromental to provide recycling services to the owners of Willow Creek. The rate is $19.00 per month, and would be reduced to $14.00 per month when we reach 20 users.

However to avail ourselves of this offer now we must have a minimum of 5 people sign up for the service, at present we only have 4.

If anyone is thinking of signing up for this service we urge you to please do it immediately or we will lose this opportunity and everyone will be left on their own to arrange for recycling . If you have any questions or would like me to pass you information on to GFL please do not hesitate to contact us at info@willowcreekhoa.ca.

Dear Willow Creek Residents,

We have been able to negotiate an agreement with our current waste pick-up supplier (GFL Environmental) for an optional – owner pay recycling pick-up service for Willow Creek Residents.

The pick-up services would be one per week and would include the supply of one recycling bin (similar to the ones we have all been issued for waste).

The negotiated rate is $19.00/month when 1-19 residents register for the service.
If 20 or more residents register the rate would drop to $14.50/month.

Hello Willow Creek Owners!

Just a few reminders:

  1. Home Owners Annual fees are now past due.  If you have not yet sent in your fees please do so immediately – the fees are an important piece of managing our community.  To residents who have sent in their fees – thank-you!
  2. Waste collection bins should have been delivered to all homeowners.  If you have not received your please contact us at info@willowcreekhoa.ca.
  3. Keep your eyes open for the confirmation of a date for the 2016 Annual General Meeting in the next couple of months – ** it is important to remember that both AGM attendance and voting rights are conditional on dues payment. 
  4. With spring being here (hopefully to stay!) we would ask that if any residents head out for a walk or are working in your yard – please be mindful and collect any waste you might find along the way.

We have been informed by GFL Environmental Waste that our long awaited garbage bins should be delivered sometime this week!

Just a reminder that these are to be used for garbage only.  Pick-up times are Monday’s before 8AM.
